  • Are you letting agents?
  • No. We are not letting agents. We are simply selling advertising space for you to advertise your property to let for the 2010 Ryder Cup.
  • Where is the 2010 Ryder Cup being held?
  • At the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, South Wales.
  • How much do you charge to advertise my property to let?
  • The fee is £55 £30 per property advertisement. Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. Please email for details if you wish to pay by cheque. We will send you an invoice which must be paid within 14 days once your advert has been added to the site. We reserve the right to withdraw properties if we do not receive payment.
  • Do you offer dicounts to advertise multiple properties?
  • Yes, if you wish to advertise multiple properties provided we receive the application forms within 14 days of each other then we offer a 10% discount on each additional property.
  • How long will my property be listed for?
  • Your property will be listed until it has been let or until the start of the Ryder Cup 2010, whichever comes first.
  • How are enquiries handled?
  • All rental enquiries take place directly between you and the prospective client. This can be done by listing an email address and or telephone number which they can contact you on. You are responsible for all negotiations with prospective clients. Once a deposit has been agreed you could then forward full details to your tenants.
  • How are bookings handled?
  • Again, you are totally in charge. You have sole contact with any interested clients and agree rental fees directly with them.
  • How much should I charge to rent my property?
  • Please take into account the following factors:
    • Proximity to the Celtic Manor
    • Number of bedrooms/bathrooms
    • Are you willing to provide extras? E.g. broadband internet, cable TV, transport to Celtic Manor.
    • How much are similar properties in your area?
  • Can I make changes to my advertisement?
  • Yes. You can modify your advertisement within reason at no extra charge. Simply email details of the required changes to us.
  • I have let my property, can I withdraw my advertisement?
  • If you have let your property and wish to withdraw your advert from the site simply let us know via e-mail. No refunds are offered on advertising fees if you withdraw your advert.
  • Are you associated with the official Ryder Cup event, website or the Ryder Cup in any way?
  • No. We are in no way officially associated with the Ryder Cup. Neither are we letting agents, nor do we offer services provided by letting agents. This is a privately run website, of which the sole objective is to offer advertising space for people who wish to let their property for the duration of the Ryder Cup.
